Hi, My name is Elaine Way and when I'm not meditating, I'm a full-time Clinical Therapist, owner of the Solution Focused Studio in Surrey, UK, workshop leader and mum to two young children and two dogs. You've probably guessed the reason why I need meditation in my life! In my work I specialise in anxiety and anxiety-related conditions and guided relaxation and meditation are some of the powerful tools we use and teach regularly in our Studio. As part of this challenge I wanted to create what I like to think of as 'practical meditation' - shorter, guided meditation exercises that are good for beginners or people who have done meditation before, but want to make it a regular, daily practice. We so often forget to take time for ourselves - time to look after our own physical and mental wellbeing.
